YOGA- Fast Flow

The Yoga Fast Flow classes are a series of dynamic yoga flows that will target a physical part of the body (or chakra). They are designed to feel flowy in your body whilst adding in elements of openess and grounding. These are the perfect classes to show up to when you are feeling energised and ready to move your amazing body.

YOGA- Slow Flow

The Yoga Slow Flow classes are intended to leave you feeling grounded, present and open. These are the perfect set of classes to show up to when you are craving some "you time". Every class will end with a mindful meditation so you can walk away feeling connected to yourself and your body.

PILATES - Align

Your Pilates Align classes are all about targeting specific muscle groups from your arms, abs to beautiful booty.  If you are craving a slower but more intentional (still sweaty) class then this is for you!

PILATES - Heat

The Pilates Heat classes are all about creating that delicious bloody flow all around your body. The intention of this class is to get your heart rate up, move that amazing body of yours and honouring that incredible strength you have.

MEDITATION

Our guided meditations are intended to suit any mood, mental or physical state you are showing up in. Each meditation or breath work session will guide you into a state of complete peace and presence.
