SUNRISE YOGA

Every Saturday morning over the Summer ellement runs a beautiful Sunrise Yoga down at West Beach in Adelaide.   
The class is always beginner friendly and a wonderful opportunity for you to just slow down and enter into the weekend with intention & purpose. 

Next Class: 
Intentional Christmas Yoga Class (Yoga, Intention Cards & Vegan Treats)
When: Saturday 21st of December
Time: 6 am Arrival (6:10 - 7:10 am Flow)
Where: Meet at the beach entrance near "Beach Break Cafe" 
Cost: $20 + bf
Bring: Your own mat, bathers (if it's warm) and a drink bottle!

We also donate $5 from every ticket to Catherine House which is an incredible foundation that supports women experiencing homelessness. We have so far raised $3,000 from this class which we are all incredibly proud of.

Sunset Beach Yoga

Every Tuesday evening in the summer ellement runs a stunning Sunset Yoga class down at Somerton Park.  It is truly the most magical way to end a weekday evening by watching the sunset, moving your beautiful body and slowing dooowwn.
