SUNRISE YOGA

Every Saturday morning over the Summer ellement runs a beautiful Sunrise Yoga down at Henley Beach in Adelaide.   
The class is always beginner friendly and a wonderful opportunity for you to just slow down and enter into the weekend with intention & purpose.

Time: 5:50 am Arrival (6:00 - 7:00 am Flow)
Cost: $15 + bf
Bring: Your own mat, bathers (if it's warm) and a drink bottle!

We also donate $5 from every ticket to Catherine House which is an incredible foundation that supports women experiencing homelessness. We have so far raised $3,000 from this class which we are all incredibly proud of.
