IT IS TIME TO MOVE YOUR BODY WITH INTENTION

Each week has 4 custom classes that you can choose from.

Each class has a specific theme or focus to help you move with intention.

Not only will you feel stronger and more mindful you will also learn to build a better foundation with your own body and mind.

You have curated Spotify playlists and a set of intentions so you can get lost in the flow with your body and breath.

YOGA

  • The Yoga Slow Flow classes are intended to leave you feeling grounded, present and open. These are the perfect set of classes to show up to when you are craving some "you time". Every class will end with a mindful meditation so you can walk away feeling connected to yourself and your body.

  • The Yoga Fast Flow classes are a series of dynamic yoga flows that will target a physical part of the body (or chakra). They are designed to feel flowy in your body whilst adding in elements of openness and grounding. These are the perfect classes to show up to when you are feeling energised and ready to move your amazing body.

MAT PILATES

  • Your Pilates Align classes are all about targeting specific muscle groups from your arms, abs to beautiful booty. If you are craving a slower but more intentional (still sweaty) class then this is for you! Prepare to feel a little gooey in the legs

  • The Pilates Heat classes are all about creating that delicious bloody flow all around your body. The intention of this class is to get your heart rate up, move that amazing body of yours and honouring that incredible strength you have.

MEDITATION

  • Our guided meditations are intended to suit any mood, mental or physical state you are showing up in. Each meditation or breath work session will guide you into a state of complete peace and presence. You deserve it

  • We will have a community start date however you can choose to start this series whenever it suits you in your life.

  • Equipment is completely optional, we recommend trusting your own amazing body.

  • Each week has four classes that you can choose from. We encourage you to listen to your body and select a class that suits your own energetic needs.

    There are so many benefits associated with yoga, mat pilates and meditation. All of these classes are designed equipment. We want you to finish this 8 week series feeling mindful, strong and connected to your body.
